Without Kimchi, I can't live...
Every Korean likes Kimchi.

Jejuga Kimchi is wonderful.
Because of Fresh one.

Kimchi is fermentation food and we paint with a red pepper, a small lobster, the pear which we crushed and, between the leaves of one piece of the Chinese cabbage, and make Kimchi . I am glad as an Asian that there was a Westerner liking kimchi . The Korean eats kimchi every day.The good food is a symbol of good human relations.

We make Kimchi as Korean cabbage.
There is a little difference of cabaage between Chinese cabbage and Korean cabbage.
3 months ago a price of Korean cabbage was sky high, 5, 6 times than normal season.
So someone imported Chinese cabbage. but many korean didn'tbuy.
Unfortunately an importer bankcruppted.
When you visit Korean restaurant, Please check an origin of Kimchi.
According to making methods of Kimchi, A taste is different

I was very much sorry without understanding an appropriate English word for the Chinese cabbage. However, I was surprised because you had a lot on the present conditions of the Chinese cabbage of the kimchi. I am very glad as an Asian. We were not able to harvest a lot of vegetables last year in Japan and Korea because of intense heat. It became several times  high price of vegetables in Japan and Korea. It was just a season to attach kimchi.

Because they made kimchi in large quantities in the Korean family, the influence of jumping seems to have had a big price.
